After years in 'at-highest-pace' management consulting we know we have to do things differently in our own business. A healthy happy life is the prerequisite to showing up with your whole self and deliver best-in-class problem-solving. That's why we spend our Fridays away from the computer screen reading books, drinking coffee with inspiring people and practicing the art of doing nothing. As our team grows we will keep challenging ourselves and each other to build a courageous culture where we stand up for our personal boundaries so we can deliver to the max.
Laura Filippson
Laura is an experienced facilitator and design thinking mastermind. She has +5 years experience from tier 1 management consulting (Bain & Co) working with industry leaders. Google design sprints is one of her core skills and she has a solid track record of bringing innovative ideas to life through early stage testing. Laura takes on the outside in perspective and steps into the shoes of the user to trigger ideation and shape high impact products or services that are desirable, commercially viable and technically feasible. Laura has a background in design engineering with previous work in 2 startups, conceptualizing and building apps.
Annette Lendal
Annette is a leading circular economy and upstream innovation expert. She has worked for the Ellen MacArthur Foundation guiding the world’s biggest brands and retailers on launching the circular economy for plastics working closely with among others IKEA, H&M, Walmart and Unilever. Annette is deep into systems thinking, asks the critical questions and inspires leaders to adopt the most ambitious and high-impact solutions. Annette has written a book on reuse business models and is on top of all the coolest upstream innovation. She has a background in sustainable urban development having worked at Ramboll Management Consulting and as an ocean activist with Plastic Change.

Sara
Sara is a pioneer in helping businesses transition to a circular economy for plastics and packaging. Sara has a PhD in material science and she has led the Plastics Innovation team at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation.
Emma
Emma is a regenerative futures leader who focuses on food systems and creating regenerative cultures. For the past 7 years, she has worked with cross-sector players to reimagine outdated systems while leading the Ellen MacArthur Foundation Food initiative and consulting with Deloitte LLP.
